This spreadsheet basically created to help you organize your schedule or to-do list until D-Day. I put until 6 spreadsheets because of each spreadsheets have strength and weaknesses, but on top of that, all of them come with detailed plan compare with to do list in the first spreadsheet with no plan at all.
7. Wedding Day Schedule
This one contains a to do list, and you have to manually enter the date and person who responsible for the task.
8. Wedding Checklist
This one contain a to do list also but a little bit more structured compared to number 7.
9. Wedding Checklist Calculator
Put your wedding date and the formula will automatically adjust the time for all needed preparation. There is a priority column also to help you prioritize the event.
10. Wedding Checklist and Planner
The same with number 9 where the date will adjust automatically after you put your wedding date, but this one has a completed column to be filled once the task is completed.
11. Planning Wedding
This one using a gantt chart layout style.
12. Guestlist Tracker
You can use this one to manage your guest invitation, seating arrangement and also as a gift log.
13. Wed Checklist 2
This is another checklist spreadsheet where the creator make a column for planned and completion date of your preparation item.

This is helpful but I am looking for one spreadsheet template that offers room for all venues for receptions on one sheet so you can see the breakdown and costs for each venue in one grand picture.
Is there anything like that in a template out there?
